                                       Terms & Conditions & Booking Policy – Wrap Me Up Buttercup

At Wrap Me Up Buttercup, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a beautiful and seamless experience. The following policies are in place to ensure the highest level of service for each client.

Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of service completion.

Due to limited availability, bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Please note that custom materials and specialty orders are final once purchased.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on order size and design details, with most orders completed within 2–5 days.

Rush services may be available for an additional fee, depending on current booking volume.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients are asked to provide accurate item sizes, quantities, and event details at the time of booking.

Items should be delivered and picked up at the agreed-upon times. Delays in drop-off may affect your scheduled completion date.

Pickup & Delivery
Completed orders should be picked up within 3–5 days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Wrap Me Up Buttercup is not responsible for items left beyond the agreed pickup window.

Care & Liability
Each item is handled with the utmost care. However, Wrap Me Up Buttercup is not responsible for pre-existing damage or for any damage that occurs after pickup or delivery.

Design & Creative Direction
Each piece is thoughtfully designed to reflect your selected color palette, theme, and overall vision.

Specific papers, ribbons, and embellishments are subject to availability. By booking, you are entrusting Wrap Me Up Buttercup to create a cohesive and elevated final presentation.

Photography & Marketing
We love sharing the beauty of each finished piece. Wrap Me Up Buttercup reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Agreement
By booking with Wrap Me Up Buttercup, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and policies.
